Pascal Viscogliosi
Founder and project manager
For nearly 10 years, Pascal worked for global telecommunications companies. Much to everyone’s surprise, this is where he discovered his passion for technical documentation. He went on to found LIOS Technologies to help technology companies make their products better known, and sell them better.

Charlotte Lee
Technical writer
Since she started working in customer service, Charlotte has taken an interest in helping people use everyday processes and tools, which led her to become a technical writer.
