The need
Like in many SMEs, Marcotte System’s technical documentation needs are big, just not big enough to have full-time in-house staff. In 2011, as Marcotte was about to launch new products on the market, it realized it needed to turn to external resources to write and translate its user manuals.
The solution
Marcotte Systems chose to use Lios’ services. With its many years of experience in software documentation and the demo versions of Marcotte’s products under its belt, Lios set out to document Marcotte’s products from A to Z. It produced clear manuals in French and English that now effectively guide users in the use of various products.
